AcrossAI provides digital content, including downloadable PDFs, reports, and online materials focused on artificial intelligence, cyber security, and UK business insights.
All products and content are delivered digitally and do not involve physical shipping.
Digital Products (Downloads)
All downloadable products (including PDFs and guides) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This is because digital content cannot be returned after delivery.
No Refunds After Access
Once a product has been:
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Opened
…it is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.
Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)
We may provide a refund or replacement where:
- The file is corrupted or unusable
- The product is materially different from its description
- A technical issue prevented access or download
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
Where applicable, we will:
- Replace the file, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
Subscription or Future Paid Content (If Introduced)
If AcrossAI introduces:
- Paid memberships
- Premium reports
- Subscription content
Then:
- Payments are non-refundable once access to content has begun
- You may cancel future billing, but no partial refunds will be given for unused time
Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via the website contact page and include:
- Order number
- Email address used at purchase
- Description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate order upon verification.
Abuse & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:
- Content has clearly been accessed or downloaded
- There is repeated refund behaviour
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected
Consumer Rights (UK Digital Content)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is not eligible for cancellation once access begins, provided the customer has:
- Given consent to immediate access
- Acknowledged that cancellation rights are lost
